THE MANAGEMENT

CEO reteam group Kathrine Heiberg: Kathrine has a degree in law and economics from Copenhagen Business School. She has been working for Nordisk Film, DRRB (the Danish marketing association) and a retail chain where she managed and negotiated hundreds of leaseholds in Scandinavia before she started up the retail chain in Poland. Kathrine started up her own business in 2001 together with Lasse Brodén. She is living in Sweden but taking the bridge over to Denmark every day.

In ERG Kathrine is sharing thoughts of how to develop the industry and the future shopping mall. When she is not creating strategies for clients retail destinations – her mind is focused on how to implement trends in our societies at retail destinations.

Since March 2015 Kathrine is Chairman of PRCH’s (Polish Council of Shopping Centers) Retail Research Forum.

Since 2015 Kathrine is member of KFI’s Think Tank. KFI are giving financial support to projects in the grocery industry in Denmark, The Think Tank has to help the fund to understand trends for groceries as well as the development of the society, consumer behavior etc.

Kathrine is also board memeber of several companies.

President reteam group Lasse Brodén: Founder of reteam together with Kathrine Heiberg. He has a genuine retail background, working in the retail industry for some twenty years for Ikea and H&M. He has been country director (building a Swedish chain from 3 to 85 stores) and supply chain director for another well–known Scandinavian retail chain. Lasse has a degree in marketing economics (University of Lund), and is certified in strategic brand management (IHM business school).

Private picture: Well apart from hunting I sort of like bikes, going from Honda CB 125, Yamaha RD 125, BSA 650 Lightning, Yamaha XS2 650, Kawasaki Z 750, Yamaha TDI 900, Honda CB 1000, BMW K 1300S, BMW 1600 GT,  BMW GSA 1200 and now very happy with the new GSA 1250, getting ready for ironbutt…again, or maybe just a trip to Gotland in the summer…

CEO reteam international and reteam netherlands Jacques Sinke: Co-owner of reteam international.Jacques has a wealth of broad ranging senior management and leadership experience in the retail and retail property industry.Before joining reteam group in December 2013, Jacques spent 18 years at MAB Development, part of RABO Real Estate Group, one of Europe’s leading mixed use property developers. Most recently as Director of International Retail – heading the european retail marketing & leasing departments.
Jacques started his career in fashion retail. He is a member of the European Advisory Board of ICSC – International Council of Shopping Centers, Jury Chair of the ICSC Solal European Marketing Awards 2011-2013, Chair of the NRW Dutch Shopping Center Marketing Award Jury 2011-2013 and Member of the MAPIC Awards Jury 2012-2013
